The following terms and conditions govern all use of the GeoLoc (also referred to as "GeoLocator") mobile applications, website, and related safety services (collectively referred to as "Applications"). The Applications are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the GeoLoc Privacy Policy).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Applications. By accessing or using any part of the Applications, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Applications.
GeoLoc is a family safety, child GPS tracking, and domestic baby monitoring application for smartphones. By using GeoLoc, you can see your family members on a private map, stay in touch, and protect your loved ones. Subscribers of GeoLoc Premium enjoy additional features, including expanded location history, unlimited safe zones (GeoFencing), and priority notifications.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with GeoLoc, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. Anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited from creating an independent administrative account for the Service. Individuals under 13 may only accept invitations from parents or legal guardians to join an existing family circle.
If you create a GeoLoc account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify GeoLoc of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. GeoLoc will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
If you submit text, graphics, or chat communication ("Content") within the Applications, you are entirely responsible for that content and any harm resulting from it. By using the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
The Baby Monitor and Walkie-Talkie features in GeoLoc are designed exclusively for instant real-time voice communication within your authorized family circle. All voice communications are established strictly using Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology. Audio data is streamed locally between devices, is never routed through or stored on our servers, and is completely inaccessible to third parties. Users agree to use these monitoring tools responsibly and solely for child protection purposes.
GeoLoc has not reviewed, and cannot review, all the immediate interaction text or links shared within private chat rooms, and cannot therefore be responsible for that content's use or effects. The Applications may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. GeoLoc disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the improper or unlawful use by users of the Applications.
This Agreement does not transfer from GeoLoc to you any GeoLoc or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain solely with GeoLoc. GeoLoc, geoloc.app, the GeoLoc logo, and all other trademarks used in connection with the Applications are trademarks or registered trademarks of GeoLoc or its licensors.
a) Premium Service: GeoLoc Premium is a paid subscription service that unlocks an unlimited number of family members and location safety zones per account. Only one (1) primary smartphone device can manage a GeoLoc Premium subscription plan at a time.
b) Billing Policies: If you elect to use GeoLoc Premium, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. GeoLoc may update fees or amend charges for existing services at any time in its sole discretion. Any pricing changes shall become effective in the subsequent billing cycle following notification.
c) No Refunds: You may cancel your GeoLoc account at any time; however, there are no refunds for unused portions of an ongoing subscription cycle. Upon cancellation, your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
GeoLoc may terminate your access to all or any part of the Applications at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your user account, you may simply discontinue using the Applications or request permanent account and data deletion by sending an email to q@geoloc.app.
The Applications are provided "as is". GeoLoc and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event will GeoLoc be liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, or the cost of procurement for substitute products.
This Agreement, and any access to or use of the Applications, will be governed by the laws of Belarus, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be the competent courts located in Minsk, Belarus, and proceedings shall be handled in the Russian language.
